The Argos store card is one of the UK’s most popular, with over a million customers enjoying the convenience it offers. Our Credit Risk team manage new customer applications, as well as the credit policy, credit strategy and bad debt charges attached to these cards.

The Operations department is the backbone of the Argos Financial Services business. With more than 500 friendly advisors, they provide support and advice for customers using our store card and other financial services.
A core part of the department is our Customer Operations team. Based in the Bolton and Widnes area, they support all aspects of the customer journey – from underwriting and customer services to fraud, payment solutions and customer care.
Our Third Party team also plays a vital role by working with suppliers from across the country to help maintain the highest possible service standards for our customers.
