I joined Argos 11 years ago within HR and over the years I’ve held several different roles. Most recently I’ve supported the Contact Centre leadership team as a Business Partner.

As a result I’m now responsible for improving the customer experience between our Contact Centres and stores. It’s quite a change from my previous role and although it’s been challenging, I’m finding it genuinely rewarding and exciting.”
