I was attracted to Argos because they’re a real household name – everyone knows the brand. But the thing that’s kept me here is the development opportunities. I started here as a temp, but within a year I’d been given the training and support to become a permanent Digital Intelligence Analyst.

I even had the chance to do an analytics course at Adobe.”

“Now I’m in a role I genuinely love. It’s because of the variety I think. My main responsibility is recommending ways to improve customers’ experience of our digital channels, and that involves working with everything from analytics tools and benchmarking software to customer data and feedback. No two days are ever the same, and that’s perfect for me.”

“Work aside, I think my proudest achievement here is chairing and founding the LGBT and Allies networks. The company gave me all the autonomy I needed. Not only that, they gave me funding and helped me get other sponsors too. Now we’ve got more than 150 members and we’re still growing.”
