MI Analyst

In a nutshell

You’ll be supporting and working with FS Operations to provide management information (MI). This will include the management and maintenance of many databases and analytical models to provide reporting via several mediums.

What success looks like?

You’ll be a trusted partner to the business by providing timely, relevant, accurate and regular MI through objective analysis, commentary and recommendations based on facts.

What you’ll be doing

Responsible for the production and distribution of timely, accurate and fit for purpose management information on a regular and ad hoc basis and associated analysis for the Contact Centre Operations
Ensure MI is presented in a format to engage the audience and promote decision making and actions
Preparation of packs in a variety of formats for senior executive committees and stakeholders at all levels
Review, amend and create MI procedures and processes ensuring all are robust, efficient and accurately documented whilst pro-actively seeking to improve these on an ongoing basis
Investigate and resolve any data issues arising out of routine MI
Develop and maintain knowledge of all AFS products, processes and systems and the available MI data sources and reports

What you need to know and show

Excellent experience in extracting information and reporting in a variety of formats and programming languages - SQL, Powershell, VBA
Excellent technical skills in the usage of Excel and PowerBI
Experience in the application of the full ETL process
Proven analytical and problem solving skills
Experience in proactively analysing and presenting information from multiple data sources
Experience in analysing Management Information to determine trends and performance
Ability to be Insightful and place data within context
Good relationship management skills at all levels
Good communication skills - ability to communicate effectively with anyone in any environment, e.g. able to translate complex / technical issues to meet the audience's competency level
