In a nutshell
You’ll provide insight to both Argos Financial Services (AFS) and Sainsbury’s Argos on all aspects of Digital Channel performance. You’ll do this by monitoring, evaluating, communicating and reporting of performance for Credit and Argos Care products.
We’re open to this role being based from any of our SBAFS (Sainsbury’s Bank & Argos Financial Services) UK locations as remote working is involved. Occasional travel to your base location will be required.
What you’ll be doing
Owning the development, maintenance, evaluation and monitoring of reporting and insight on key AFS Digital metrics, across Credit and Argos Care, to support business decisions.
Proactively identifying opportunities for improving digital conversion across Argos Credit and Care, making recommendations for their implementation.
Analysing and interpreting complex information, distilling critical insights and communicating to a highly diverse stakeholder base to drive actions.
Developing key relationships across your own team as well as other functions such as Sainsbury’s Digital.
What you need to know and show
Good knowledge of Adobe Analytics is key.
Passionate about customer journeys and wanting to transform these to provide a better customer experience, especially through digital channels.
Previous analytics experience. You’ll be Commercially-minded and customer-centric, whilst being passionate about data and insights.
Microsoft Excel skills.
Good communication skills.
Ability to access data from multiple sources and accurately interpret the results, making recommendations for change.
Proven planning and organisation skills, with an ability to balance a range of priorities.
Ability to work on your own initiative and be proactive in idea generation.
Ability to collaborate with team members as well as stakeholders and aspire to deliver great outcomes for the team, as well as the Sainsbury’s Argos group.
Have an appreciation of the regulation and the control environment we operate within Financial Services.
