As Project and Process Specialist, you will lead and support all types of change, advising the business in planning and impact assessments, to ensure smooth implementation.
What you need to do
Provide leadership, support and advice to the business in planning and implementing changes.
Undertake full end to end impact analysis of the operational changes required.
Communicate with Stakeholders and Senior Management to keep them up to date with progress, issues and developments in change initiatives.
Ensure changes move seamlessly from project mode to business as normal activities passing ownership to operational teams.
Ensure effective post implementation reviews are carried out to validate both change and benefits.
Work closely with the company’s employees to secure their active participation in change, supporting the culture of continuous improvement.
Analyse all change requests to ensure we deliver fair outcomes for our customers
What you need to know and show
Significant experience in a change environment and knowledge of how our processes support the business operation.
Strong analysis and process design skills
Ability to influence stakeholders and suggest alternative solutions
Be aware of the impact decisions can have on our customers and inspire others to keep the customer at the heart of everything that we do.
Rapidly translates business requirements into technical specifications for supplier dialogue.
The ability to work within a strong collaborative team environment
