Due to continued growth within our Customer Management Centres we have an exciting opportunity available for a Forecast Planning Analyst to join our team based in Widnes (WA8). The successful individual will be responsible for supporting the short to medium term BAU forecasting process as well as helping to assess and support business change, budget rounds, and any other ad-hoc planning/analysis work required.
As a Forecast Planning Analyst you will:
Executing the demand assessment across the business, ensuring the delivery of medium work load projections, resource gap and recruitment.
Maintain a high-level view of all project deliverables making recommendations for any changes to deadlines based on other projects in flight
Deliver a successful handover of forecasts into Scheduling and Real Time teams of the short to midterm forecast, with minimal rework needed
Ensuring robust processes are in place for the impact assessment of any activity that could drive demand in or out of the customer management centre
Forecasting demand accurately within the short to midterm planning process
Ensure a process is set up to review all project deliverables against the plan
Numerate and analytical, with experience of a mixture of simple & sophisticated forecasting models requiring collaboration and involvement from a wide range of contacts within distributed organisations
Fluent in the production of enterprise-wide headcount models, integrating varying efficiencies, schedule efficiencies, service levels, and contact routing architectures
Experience of implementing forecast and planning models into operational reality, working with recruitment, training and operational teams to support delivery of the plan
Advanced knowledge of the end to end resource planning methodologies and contact centre dynamics
Ability to disseminate large amounts of information, shape into detailed plans and reports and present conclusions
Self-motivated, flexible and responsive to business needs and changes in priorities and deadlines
Strong communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to develop strong internal relationships and influence at all levels
Ability to create reports with high visual impact
Strong organisational, planning and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks, working to challenging deadline
Possess a full array of forecasting & capacity planning experience from short to long term.
Advanced Excel knowledge essential
