In a nutshell
The main purpose of this role will be for the styling of engaging and commercially strong content in high volumes, whilst still maintaining quality and working within the brand /style guidelines.
Styling on campaigns,interior room sets, cut outs ,models, jewellery, video and home inspiration location work.
What I need to do
Provide innovative ,creative and relevant solutions to briefs .
Champion innovation, with a focus on creativity and pushing boundaries ,looking for new and imaginative ideas to exceed stakeholder expectations and enhance ther customer journey.
Able to work well as part of a team in a very fast paced, highly pressured environment
Organise workload of Yourself and the styling Assistants within the Studio environment to Meet daily and weekly targets while maintaining a high standard of styling multiple sets in studio or on location.
Able to understand briefs and collaborate with art directors, take direction and give creative feedback.
Have the confidence and ability to lead a team on location, liaise all parties to work for the same goal including set build, styling and floor coordinators. .
To work with the Styling manager on improving the in-house capabilities of the styling team, coaching and assisting with the training of the mid and Junior Stylists.
To build and develop relationships with relevant stakeholders throughout the business.
Ensure sets and styling props area are well maintained and tidy throughout the shoot day

3.A good eye for detail and creative styling sense alongside a commercial awareness.

6. To be an avid follower of interior trends and also have the ability to filter this information and implement it appropriately into styling for the Argos brand.
What I need to know
1.Previous proven experienced in a creative and commercial studio environment or within the interior design industry.
2. Experience styling interiors and still life for photography, video .
3. understanding of textures and colours and how to effectively use and source props.
3. A good understanding of the retail landscape, commerce trends, Brands and competitors.
4. Portfolio of work to be able to showcase ability to style at a high standard.
