We are looking for customer centric and passionate individuals to join our fabulous teams based within our Customer Management Centre in Stafford/Widnes. You will be the first point of contact on our customer’s journey so your role is vital in ensuring that all queries are dealt with in the most efficient and friendly manner as possible, whilst always making sure that every customer receives the best customer service possible.

Engage and build rapport with customers over a variety of channels, including telephone, email, live chat, and social media
Make sure customers receive the highest level of customer service at all times, whether they’re placing an order, chasing a delivery, or just asking a question
Take ownership to drive your own development with support from your line manager. This could mean taking on training for new skills or teams, or it could be looking for opportunities to add value to the customer journey within your current role
Bring a personalised approach to the customer journey, and be the voice and personality of our brand at all times, whether that’s Argos, Habitat, or Tu Clothing
Contribute to positive team spirit, listening to and supporting your colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practice
Have a positive change mind-set, seeing change as an efficient way to move things forward
We currently have vacancies for fashion conscious customer service advisors to work in our Tu Clothing team. The team are all about delivering fantastic products that make trends accessible for all. We give you the tools to empower our customers to make the best style choices.
This role is a fixed term contract which is ending on 7t March 2020. You will be working between 24 and 35 hours per week on a variety of flexible shift patterns (between 7am and 10pm) which will include some weekend working. Our Customer Management Centre is based in Widnes (WA8 8HS).
