Trading Support Manager - Weybridge

Our Trading Support Managers are responsible for leading and inspiring their teams, motivating them to deliver great, personalised service to our customers.

We’d like you to be part of a leadership team that collaborates to deliver consistently brilliant performance and standards. You’ll help us to provide pace and efficiency, whilst providing a safe, inclusive environment for our colleagues and customers. We’re looking for someone who’s positive and ready for change.

You’re a brand ambassador, who champions, listens and embraces new ideas. You empower and support colleagues to make the right decisions for our customers so that we can we can be our best for them. You’ve got retail management experience and clear leadership ability.
