We are currently seeking a Junior Producer to join us at our Bradwell Media site in Milton Keynes.
You will work to support the creation and collation of all creative assets ready for the production team of our core work.
This role includes idea creation, research, storyboard and scripting for all basic product videos.
Sound like your ideal role? You will support the planning team with props and set requirements as well as requesting models and actors where necessary.
Supporting the Creative Producer where necessary, you will play a key role in ensuring we are offering our clients a great service and delivering the right content against the brief. You will decide what the video requirements are for our work and complete a producer pack that highlights what we will deliver in response to the brief.
Some of the video content that this role includes is Group Product, exposing you to a variety of our Brands (TU, Habitat, Argos & Sainsburys). You will also be given the opportunity to work on Creative content with the support of the Creative Producer or Video Production Manager to support individual development and succession.
As a Junior Video Producer, your responsibilities will include:
The creation of all storyboards for our basic product videos and all research needed to support this.
Providing clear briefings and support to the Bradwell team.
Maintain strong Argos Sainsburys brand guidelines by supporting the studio with category or product specific content guidelines.
Ensure we are always adhering to the relevant brand guidelines, offering our client’s consistency and confidence we understand their brand and their video requirements.
Creative responsibility for all of Argos video content creation involved in.
Actively seek and act on feedback to constantly improve and move forward video content produced at Bradwell.
Ensure the Studio is always kept at a high standard that is in keeping with company H&S regulations. Ensure all paperwork is organised and kept up to date.
Regularly benchmarking our style of video content against the market. Look for ways we can grow as a video team and be best in class within our industry, creatively and technically.
Support the relationship between the studio and clients on all video projects involved in to provide an exceptional level of service ensuring all SLA’s, production timelines and rates are kept to.
You will be a key decision maker to make sure the correct content is being produced to meet the brief.
Track and keep to project budgets and look for ways to make us as cost effective as possible.
Your experience will include:
Experience working within a video production capacity.
Experience of storyboarding ideation and video production planning.
Passion for video and the desire to move an exciting and busy department forward.
Strong team work and organisational skills.
Ability to self-manage and work alone.
Excellent communicator at all levels and able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Diplomacy and sensitivity when working with stakeholders and suppliers.
Thrives from running multiple video projects at any one time.
Approach the role with a “can do” attitude.
Track and keep to budgets.
Must be pro-active and possess a meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Can work towards deadlines and is a decisive decision maker
