The Role

Our iconic and stylish British brand Habitat has a number of exciting opportunities within our customer services team.

Here in Widnes, our dedicated team handle every aspect of the customer journey for Habitat, including contact by phone and email. As part of Habitat, you’ll be devoted to providing the outstanding service our customers deserve.

In return, we’ll give you a first-class, fully supported training programme so you can hit the ground running and be an essential part of our continued success and join our enthusiastic team members here at Habitat!

The Person

Passionate about great customer service and amazing products
Enjoys talking and writing to customers in a natural, ‘non-scripted’ way
Keen to share new ideas to improve the way we work and the service we provide
Have excellent attendance and performance
Enjoys taking part in charity work and events
Eager to work alongside a hard-working team who are highly passionate about the Habitat brand

The Shifts

The role is permanent within Habitat and you must be fully flexible to be allocated shifts within our opening hours which are:

Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 20:00

Saturday, 09:00 - 17:00

Sunday, 10:00 – 16:00

We’re offering 30 - 35 hours a week.
