Customer Insight Analyst

Right now we are looking for a Customer Insight Analyst to join our team. This is really important role for Sainsbury's Argos as it gives a voice to our customers by providing an understanding of, and insight into, the experience they receive across all of our channels. The role is responsible for regular reporting of the company Net Promoter Score program, highlighting trends and problem areas, and working closely with the Customer Experience team and Operational stakeholders in order to support both strategic decision making and tactical, executional improvements. This is to be done through quantitative analysis of data in our customer experience measurement analytics tool, and providing recommendations as appropriate.Further the role also gives voice to customers through our social media analytics program, providing regular updates on issues and opportunities arising.

Obviously in this analytical role we are looking for candidates with exceptional analytical experience with an ability to distil critical insights and communicate to a highly diverse stakeholder base to drive action. You will need strong attention to detail and time management: be able to manage a heavy reporting schedule to tight time frames, including period end reporting used by Exec and year end reporting triggering colleague remuneration
