Become one of our Customer Sales Advisors, and you’ll be welcomed into our friendly and collaborative environment with a relaxed dress code. Here, you’ll respond to our customers on the phone and via live chat, taking on the role of personal shopper to upsell and maximise revenue opportunity.
You will be motivated, have a talent for uncovering your customers' unexpressed needs, and a tenacious attitude that will encourage customers to buy more, return often, and tell others by giving a level of customer service that exceeds their expectations. Through your enthusiasm for our brand and our products you will deliver fantastic service to every customer in order to achieve sales targets and grow the business via a sales through service culture.
