About the role

In a nutshell, working as part of a team to support a large volume of vacancies across Argos’ technology and digital department in London & Milton Keynes, responsible for sourcing high quality candidates and providing an efficient, enjoyable candidate and stakeholder experience.

What you need to do

Responsible for delivery of recruitment to a successful conclusion for various vacancies and business sectors
Manage candidates through the end to end recruitment process until fully on-boarded in a way that strengthens and conveys a positive employer brand
Responsible for ensuring all advertised vacancies have the correct job descriptions and/or advert.
Acts as a point of contact for managers that are ‘self-serving’ through the recruitment process, offering support and guidance as required
Develop strong working relationships with the wider recruitment team, Hiring Managers and stakeholders
Confidently operate direct sourcing
Understand and be compliant with the corporate data protection and confidentiality policies
Undertake a range of administrative and other duties within HR Recruitment according to the demands of the business operation

What you need to know

Previous experience within similar recruitment function, knowledge of recruitment best practice
Knowledge and experience in the use of resourcing technologies and social networking to build candidate talent pools and market mapping
Proactively increases own knowledge and commercial awareness whilst keeping abreast of new innovations in attraction methodologies
An understanding of Project Management skills
