As Digital Trading Executive working for Sainsbury’s Argos you will have the opportunity to play an integral part in supporting our digital transformation.
As part of the selection process you may be asked to complete a video interview and to attend an assessment centre in Milton Keynes on 12th July.
We are looking for talented individuals to join our digital teams that are responsible for the online sales performance of a few product categories. This involves understanding how all products in each category are selling, how many visits they are attracting, how visits are converting to purchases, how price promotions are performing and how well traffic is being driven to the page via digital marketing i.e. PPC and SEO.
We have several entry level roles available in the team, where, your role is to ensure that your categories are performing to their highest potential and if something isn't performing to its optimum level, you will work with the relevant teams to create plans and take actions to enhance sales. You will also work to drive and support new range launches and promotions.

Digital Trading and Digital Content are at the heart of the business and you will work with many other teams as well as getting to work with some big brand suppliers such as Apple, Lego and Bose.
What we’re looking for
A passionate customer advocate
Strong analytical skills to be able to interpret data and make decisions at pace and/or strong copywriting skills although experience is not essential.
Drive and determination to succeed and set your own high-standards
Good networking and influencing skills. Comfortable interacting with stakeholders internally and externally.
Ability to work under pressure, multi taking numerous projects at once with the ability to carry out high level review product performance.
