Our customers can shop with us in many different ways – be it in-store, over the phone or on our website and mobile apps. Whenever they have an issue that needs resolving, a question that needs answering, an order to place or a delivery to book, they can turn to our Contact Centre teams for a friendly and efficient service.

We have three Contact Centres in Widnes, Stafford and Bolton, where over 2,500 Argos Colleagues work. (And there are even more around our busy times, like the run up to Christmas.)
