Our customers can shop with us in many different ways – be it in-store, over the phone or our website and mobile apps. Whenever they have an issue that needs resolving, a question that needs answering, an order to place or a delivery to book, they can turn to our Contact Centre teams for a friendly and efficient service.

We have three Contact Centres in Widnes, Stafford, and Bolton where over 2,500 Argos Colleagues work. (And there are even more around our busy times like the run up to Christmas.) In return for providing the very best in customer service, our people enjoy competitive salaries and good benefits. What’s more, because we’re open seven days a week from 8am to 10pm, there are lots of flexible shifts on offer to suit your lifestyle.

Operational Management

As a member of the leadership team, you’ll be at the very forefront of the operation. Whether you’re monitoring performance, organising workloads, pioneering improvements or simply motivating those around you, you’ll ensure we deliver a service that’s second to none.

Colleagues

We don’t just talk to our customers – we make sure they have an experience to remember. At each of our Contact Centres – in Widnes, Stafford and Bolton – our Colleagues always give that bit more. Dealing with a variety of calls, they’re more than just good listeners: they are people with a ‘can do’ attitude who are committed to great customer service.

Home Working

We’re nothing if not flexible. That’s why we offer Colleagues the chance to work outside of the Contact Centre, working hours that fit around their lives. A good listener, with a ‘can do’ attitude, you’ll show just how passionate you are about providing great customer service.
