I joined Argos as a ‘weekender’ while I was at college, and stayed on while I did my Communications Technology degree. During a gap year I got involved with Argos on a full-time basis, and knew then that I wanted a career here. I progressed through a number of in-store management roles, and before long I moved up to Head Office.

“My current role is within store operations, which looks after both the day-to-day running of our stores as well as developing the ‘Argos of the future’ through our transformation programme.
One of the joys of the job is that because I’ve had front of house experience – I always link what we do here at Head Office back to the customer. I can see how it all fits together, and have a positive impact on the experience of millions of customers each year.”
