We currently have an opportunity for a CRM Insight Assistant based at our head office in Milton Keynes.
We are looking for someone that is a creative thinker who has great influencing skills and is comfortable presenting to small groups. Unafraid of a challenge, you’re prepared to find a solution to any situation. You share customer insights with passion and energy, consistently championing what is best for our customers. Being comfortable in your own skin, you naturally build strong working relationships across multiple functions.
You’ll play an important role in supporting the development and application of the Argos contact strategy and we’ll be looking to you to carve the way for our Digital channels, creating a unified approach to customer communication. Providing strong visible representation for the rest of the CVM team and business-wide stakeholders, you’ll empower others to deliver a customer-centric plan. You’ll tailor customer insights and segmentations so they can be used to deliver tangible benefits across the business.

Whilst experience in a similar role isn’t necessary, an understanding of marketing channels and / or exploring customer behaviour would be beneficial.

You’ll liaise with the Customer Market Insight team to manage timelines, the successful creation and application of new customer segmentations and modelling.
