We have an excellent opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Lead to join our team in Widnes or Stafford. You will be responsible for developing and delivering a culture of continuous improvement in the Customer Management Centre through the application of continuous improvement principles, effective leadership and management of projects and process owners
Continuous Improvement Lead – the role
… Motivate, develop and lead a team of CI Analysts and CI co-ordinators, coaching / mentoring your team and setting relevant and stretching objectives to increase their capabilities
… Project manage a portfolio of Lean Six Sigma projects through to successful completion on time and within budget, as well as designing and delivering Lean Six Sigma training and projects that underpin the strategic direction and build capability at all levels of the business
… Translate Executive Team requirements through scoping, shaping and resourcing CI programmes
… Build a business case for each initiative ensuring that any benefits and expenditure are in line with strategic objectives and budgets.
... Deliver tangible improvements in CSAT/NPS, customer effort, efficiency/productivity, cost reduction, employee engagement and colleague capability
Continuous Improvement Lead – the person
You will have…
… Black Belt/Lean Expert, minimum experience 5+ years (preferred)
… Excellent Stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organisation i.e. Director to front line agents
… Degree level education
… Experience of operating in a project / change/ matrix environment as well as being an experienced facilitator
… Demonstrable experience of successful improvement project delivery from initial shaping through to embedding improvements
… Experience of leading cross-functional teams and developing functional improvement teams
… Commercial experience and ability to write compelling business cases
… A thorough understanding of quantitative and qualitative methods (Visio & Minitab preferred)
… A knowledge of IT applications to include enhancement of process performance, customer service / journey and workforce planning systems, plus the ability to create, develop and apply simulation models
