As a Retail Systems Specialist within Argos, you will work as part of a business critical team to deliver accurate system data to stores systems particularly during key trading periods. You will communicate with and manage stageholders regarding projects, and work with third party suppliers to provide a better service to stores and streamline processes.
Provide actionable data and insight to key stakeholders on promotions and data
Contribute to go/no go meetings to decide on if system updates are of a suitable quality to send to Stores
Have a collaborative mind-set and be confident sharing different views and perspectives when dealing with a senior group of stakeholders
Support deployment of new systems into stores.
Work with Product Owners to identify and drive continuous improvement of all store systems.
Delivery of all system data to Stores with particular relevance to Range change & Peak.
Ensuring promotions are loaded in a timely manner and to a high standard
Ensure cross referencing and testing of promotions
You will have the ability to identify opportunities to challenge and improve
You will have experience of working in a fast-paced environment where you have driven process and improvements whilst always keeping our customer at the heart of what you do
Ability to build great working relationships with colleagues at all levels across the business
Ability to use intuition and judgement to make and direct sound decisions taking into account our stores
*Please note - this is initially a 9 month fixed term contract working 19.5 hours a week. The working pattern is flexible and will ideally be over 3 days per week.
