Supporting the Technical Architect in designing and documenting technical solutions to support the wider business development roadmap
Working with the Product Owners – reviewing and feeding into business requirements
Producing training materials with the support of third parties to upskill the business on use of our systems (in particular AX)
Management of all development activity on JIRA – translating technical queries for the Product Owner and business stakeholders
Good understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, databases and software.
Experience in solutions architecture and systems design.
Exposure to software development projects and experience working within an Agile environment.
Experience working very closely with software development teams and Technical Architects to understand, refine and communicate business requirements and generate use cases and stories
Broad application of analysis techniques and tools including amongst others: UML; Gap Analysis and MosCow.
Ability to evaluate and transform requirements into fit for purpose solutions.
Ability to develop Test Cases and perform testing for key technical changes.
Ability to create SQL scripts to perform Data Analysis and build queries/reports.
Implementation/Working Experience with ERP applications – Microsoft Dynamics AX experience is preferred.
Implementation/Working experience with website platforms – Magento experience is preferred.
Strong communication skills, including prioritizing, problem solving and interpersonal relationship building
Logical approach – able to clearly document technical solutions, requirements and processes.
