As a Campaign Analyst, you will provide production support on Argos Financial Services campaign activity across all available channels. The key to your role will be to gain a good understanding of our Marketing Team’s campaign plans and how, as a team, we’re able to input into both the planning and success of that activity rather than just taking a brief and fulfilling the selection.
You will have a direct impact on our customers as we need to ensure they are receiving the most appropriate messages and offers, that align to our ethos. A combination of upfront analysis & accurate campaign selection will result in our customers receiving a better experience.

In this role, you’ll report into the Production Manager in our Database Analytics team.
As a Campaign Analyst, you will:
Provide support on campaign activity across both promotional and operational communications and covering deployment.
Provide support across campaign selections, resulting, upfront analysis and 3rd party process.
Be responsible for following established QA and associated campaign processes to ensure accuracy of production, and evidence of adherence to accepted standards.
Work collectively with a Campaign Manager and the parallel Campaign Analyst to support the selection and fulfilment of all Argos Financial Services customer communications, and with the provision of timely & accurate campaign resulting.
Adhere to the established documentation, process maps and QA processes that are in place whilst performing campaign selections, to both ensure campaigns are selected accurately but also generating auditable evidence. Proactively feed any suggestions for improvements on this documentation into management.
As a Campaign Analyst, you will have:
Good knowledge of data manipulation and analysis using the SQL or SAS language.
The ability to communicate technical solutions and analysis to non-technical people in an accurate and consistent style with excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in the use of general computing packages including Word and Excel.
Ideally, you will have worked in a marketing analysis or campaign selections role.
Experience in an FCA-regulated Financial Services organisation.
