We have an opportunity for a Change Project Manager to join Argos based out of our Contact Centre in Widnes (WA8 8HS) or Stafford (ST18 9AR). This is a FTC position for 12 months.
The main purpose of this role is to initiate, lead, plan, manage development projects, work streams of activity across the Contact Centres within Argos.
You will be working flexibly across all project elements: developing business cases, undertaking some Business Analysis, developing implementation plans and getting involved in Continuous Improvement initiatives.
You will have responsibility for the development of change implementation plans where key elements of training, communication, business testing, and other business readiness elements are included) and as such ensuring that the business is set up for success to receive any project change, the desired outcome of which is achieved and sustained with benefits delivered.

You will be able to create a clear vision for the next 12months and start to deliver aligned plans and activities.
You will have strong commercial acumen, to identify opportunities to challenge and improve. You will take accountability to achieve business results. You will ensure that embedding activity is in place so any change is built to last.
You will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and cope under pressure. You will have a change mind set so you can drive process and improvements keeping the customer at the heart of what you do.
