As Third Party Relationship Analyst, you will be a key member of the operations team reviewing collections reporting, and overseeing problem resolution. You will work closely with the Third Party Operations Relationship Manager and the wider operations team to ensure ‘meaningful’ data output provides:
The right customer outcomes are measured
Ensure Compliance is met
You will also be visible onsite not only carrying out analytical reviews but observing live activity with customer conversations.

As Third Party Relationship Analyst, you will:
Monitor Service Level Agreements, ensuring stretching targets are set and managed.
Ensure effective governance and document monthly business reviews.
Provide Business Oversight to monitor performance & Controls and drive innovation and change
Influence stakeholders via meaningful data and insight/trends and where required document & maintain action plans for alongside business owner and stakeholders
Provide onsite audit support as and when required
Work with third parties to develop a relationship action plan to drive value and meet business intent.
Complete onsite observations & call listening
Validate controls and mitigation activities at third parties and provide support for issue resolution, RCA and event work
Support with Incident Management on the recovery of ops customer facing incidents within where required.
Own, manage and escalate when appropriate compliance and risk for the third party
As Third Party Relationship Analyst, you will have:
Strong analytical capability - Ability to grasp complex information and deliver value through insight.
An understanding of the Collections & Recoveries E2E lifecycle and appreciation of how this can be influenced by internal and external factors
Willingness to travel to supplier sites when required by the business (E.g. Travel sites in Bolton or Birkenhead at least once a week)
Understanding of how business strategy drives customer outcomes. Can ensure activities are aligned to achieve those customer outcomes
Understanding of methods and systematic procedures in order to find solutions to operational issues.
To make confident clear decisions and knows when to ask for help or advice.
Confidence in communicating with proven track record and experience in negotiation and influencing
A strong presence, strong relationship skills. Confident in meeting new people and developing relationships
