This position will be responsible for all client facing interactions based around content creation. Taking briefs, delivering expectations, communicating updates and ensuring the work is delivered on time and to the satisfaction of the customer.
Act as main point of contact for Bradwell Media clients (both internal Sainsbury’s Argos and external clients).
Create accurate, competitive and profitable quotes.
Arrange and manage project briefings, acting as a liaison between the client, the Creative teams and the Production Planning team.
Ensure that all costs and deadlines are monitored and tracked throughout the life cycle of the project.
Record, monitor and publish reports for Bradwell. Tracking cost and revenue per shot/video and proposing improvements and efficiencies to improve.
Experience in Account Management or project management experience within a creative industry
Has the ability to manage projects across multiple departments
Must have an understanding of industry standard processes and tools. Including Excel, Word, Powerpoint and other office based software
Experience in working collaboratively with Art directors, brand managers & other creative teams
Proven financial awareness and the ability to adhere to budget
