Quality Assurance Manager

As Quality Assurance Manager you will manage and lead a team of Quality Assurance Assessors in driving both regulatory compliance in line with the Financial Conduct Authority, and overall levels of excellent customer service delivered by Operations.

The role is results driven and requires effective day to day management of resources to ensure the business meets its regulatory responsibilities and contributes to monitoring the customers experience.

As Quality Assurance Manager you will

Contribute to the Quality Assurance Performance Management Framework to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of the team.
Be responsible for the key deliverables for assessments over each FS area
Have awareness of early triggers from Quality Assurance activity to prevent emerging risks
Drive the evolution of the Quality Frameworks to further develop a consistent and robust approach in line with industry standards and business strategy
Drives and influences a culture where the importance of Customer Experience and effective business process is advocated by colleagues
Collaborates to develop stakeholder relationships at all levels across FS to influence and drive continuous improvement. Operations, Complaints, Compliance & Risk, Business Excellence, Business Change and Training
Responsible for the development of Quality Assurance activity to ensure accuracy that is timely, fit for purpose and meets regulatory obligations

As Quality Manager you will have

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to share and articulate information
Experience of working within a Financial Services environment
Good understanding of Microsoft Office, Verint or a similar QA operating system
Focus on adhering to the principles of TCF (treating customers fairly) – ensuring all transactions have a fair outcome
The ability to create and maintain effective Stakeholder Management relationships
A proven track record in leading a high performing team, delivering results and implementing change
Confidence to inspire and engage people through effective management
