Client Services Manager

Bradwell Media is a hidden gem in Milton Keynes; Home to a hotbed of creative talent, we are the largest independent photographic and video studio in the UK. We produce around 50,000 photos and 2,000 videos each year for major UK retailer Argos and Habitat as well as a host of brands.

The role of the Client Services Manager will oversee the Account Management team and will ensure that Bradwell Media is able to form excellent relationships with their clients, ensuring that those clients are managed efficiently and effectively with impeccable customer service. You will take pride in ensuring Bradwell Media is meeting and exceeding client expectations whilst building a wide network of stakeholders and associates across the Sainsbury’s group, looking for opportunities to being outsourced content production to our ‘in-house’ operation.

What I need to do

Deliver great customer service to our internal and external clients but ensuring a smooth delivery of content
Control and oversee all workflow and briefing requirements to ensure the account management team are running efficiently and striving to hit and exceed SLA’s and set targets
Line management of all Account Managers, also responsible for any temp of freelance team members needed for projects
Responsible for setting and monitoring KPI’s and targets for the team
Build and maintain honest, trusting and collaborative relationships both internally within Bradwell Media and with the wide business stakeholders

What I need to know

Experience working within a customer service environment in a senior or management role
Knowledge and background in photography or video client management
Proven experience in taking a project from start to finish, be they small or large-scale productions
Experience in managing a budget
Experience in chairing meetings, presenting to senior stakeholders or clients as well as strong written work communication to support wide business comms
Team leadership experience
Ability to set KPI’s and SLA’s
