Bradwell Media is a hidden gem in Milton Keynes; Home to a hotbed of creative talent, we are the largest independent photographic and video studio in the UK. We produce around 50,000 photos and 2,000 videos each year for major UK retailer Argos and Habitat as well as a host of brands.
The main purpose of this role will be for the styling of engaging and commercially strong content in high volumes, whilst still maintaining quality and working within the brand /style guidelines. Styling on room sets, cut outs, clothing stills and on models, jewellery, video and location work.
The main responsibilities
Support the Senior Stylist, provide innovative and creative solutions to briefs with the ultimate goal of achieving creative excellence
Organise workload of both themselves and the Photographic Assistants within the Studio environment to ensure that all deadlines and KPI’s are met
To work with the Senior Stylist on improving the in-house capabilities of the HRG styling team, coaching and assisting with the training of the Junior Stylists
Champion innovation, with a focus on creativity, pushing boundaries where relevant to delight and inspire out customers
Timely delivery of projects to schedule and compliance to style guides, ensure adherence to all brand, style & digital guidelines, minimising the % of reshoots related to Styling
What I need to know
Proven experience working within a creative and commercial environment
The candidate should have proven competencies adaptable in scale from fast turnaround cut out photography, to large room set styling, involving the organisation of other departments and small crews
To be an avid follower of interior trends and also have the ability to filter this information and implement it appropriately into styling for the Argos brand
Take ownership of all aspects of styling on set or location whilst continuing to work collaboratively with Art Directors, stylist, set builders.
