The Store Manager role is integral to our business. As the Store Manager, you will set the standard in store. You will be a role model, an inspirational leader, consistently delivering your performance targets and above all, you will keep the customer at the heart of everything you do.
In this position, you’ll be taking the lead on a £multi-million store, managing a P&L and delivering on the overall retail strategy. You’ll be supported by managers, team leaders and a high number of advisors and you’ll be consistently looking at ways to improve and ensure the shopping experience is as easy as possible for all your customers.
To succeed in this role, you’ll;
Have recent store management experience
