As Training Delivery Lead for Sainsbury’s Argos you will be a key member of a Training & Development Leadership team who are passionate and driven to provide outstanding training and digital learning interventions within a fast moving customer focused environment. Your key responsibilities will be to lead, motivate and develop strong and capable training delivery teams across all our Customer Management Centres, ensure that the training delivered within our operation and at our outsource partners is consistent, comprehensive and to the required standard. You will also be responsible for the ongoing development of dynamic Customer Service Skills and Sales through Service programmes which are pivotal to enabling our Advisor colleagues deliver service excellence to our all customers.
Lead, develop and motivate a core team of high performing Training Delivery Specialists.
Be responsible for the quality of all facilitation, training and skills coaching delivered by colleagues in a training related role, both internally and at our Outsource Partners.
Design and implement development programmes for colleagues who are required to perform a training delivery or skills coaching role to ensure that they are capable, competent and effective.
Design and implement Customer Service and Sales Through Service training programmes.
Ensure that all training packages and programmes delivered to our Advisor colleagues within the Customer Management Centre are effective, engaging and current.
Experienced in leading and motivating a team within the Training & Development function.
Highly skilled in all areas of the Training Cycle, especially around facilitation, training and coaching.
An engaging communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively to ensure positive outcomes.
Demonstrate excellence in facilitation, training & coaching, that can be role modelled by others.
Experience of working within a Contact Centre environment is desirable.
