Customer Service Agent - Stafford

We are growing our Customer Service teams and are looking for customer centric and passionate individuals to join our fabulous Customer Management Centre based in Stafford. You will be the first point of contact on our customer’s journey so your role is vital in ensuring that all queries are dealt with in the most efficient and friendly manner as possible, whilst always making sure that every customer receives the best customer service possible.

Positive and personalised service is at the heart of our business and whether you already have experience or just a passion for the customer journey, if you’re able to listen, understand and build rapport to help customers, then you can be the voice of our brand.

You will:

Engage and build rapport with customers over a variety of channels, including telephone, email, live chat, and social media
Make sure customers receive the highest level of customer service at all times, whether they’re placing an order, chasing a delivery, or just asking a question
Take ownership to drive your own development with support from your line manager. This could mean taking on training for new skills or teams, or it could be looking for opportunities to add value to the customer journey within your current role
Bring a personalised approach to the customer journey, and be the voice and personality of our brand at all times, whether that’s Argos, Habitat, or Tu Clothing
Contribute to positive team spirit, listening to and supporting your colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practice
Have a positive change mind-set, seeing change as an efficient way to move things forward

This role is initially for a 6 month fixed term contract, and we have both part-time and full-time contracts available between 20 and 37 hours per week. There are a variety of flexible shift patterns (between 7am and 10pm) and most will include some weekend working. Our Customer Management Centre is based in Acton Gate, Stafford (ST18 9AR) just off junction 13 on the M6 motorway.
