As our Performance Marketing Executive, you will be supporting and optimising paid acquisition campaigns to drive performance across the business. Managing the performance marketing media strategy, planning, optimisation and management by working with the Digital Marketing Manager and wider business teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Take responsibility to delivering the day to day Paid Search for Habitat including PPC, shopping, display, social, programmatic and paid social.
Coordinate paid search across different search engines and platforms.
Analyse and optimise paid search campaigns with our digital agency
Write effectively tailored ad copy (creative text) to attract customers
Understand the impact of landing pages and be able to comment/advise on how best they should be used
Be responsible for campaign performance including optimisation, monitoring and consistent delivery
Conduct review presentations and make recommendations on paid campaign performance
Be able to write and justify campaign schedules and forecasts
Manage medium to large-sized PPC budgets
Work with the digital agency and Digital Marketing Manager to perform keyword research and bid management for campaigns
Deputise for the Digital Marketing Manager. You should be comfortable with managing day to day aspects of all digital marketing channels
Develop integration of the digital communication channels into Marketing, contributing to the joined-up communication strategy
Manage all affiliate activity, including key messages, copy and creative solutions through to live placement and evaluation.
Responsible for ensuring that all affiliate activity is sufficiently monitored, tracked and evaluated in order to monitor ROI
Work with the creative to design and deliver creative assets to optimise affiliate and display marketing opportunities
Assisting in the developing and maintaining of the new affiliate publisher relationships
Competitor analysis – anything of interest that we can potentially utilise in our areas or where we are potentially missing out on opportunities
Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop the acquisition of new customers and retention of existing customers via email
Manage social media campaigns for Facebook and Instagram including creative, copy, targeting and budgets
Manage email and SMS campaigns to drive awareness and sales
Report monthly on the growth of the customer database, developing initiatives to help improve and drive further data capture.
Develop a testing strategy to identify the optimal deployment times and creative layout for emails and provide insights back to the wider teams through regular reporting.
Work with the CRM team to develop and implement the digital aspect of the CRM program, including database analysis, customer profiling, segmentation and retargeting activities.
Proven performance marketing experience (min 2 years) including PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Display
An analytical and investigative attitude
Experience reporting data and insights
Be thorough and precise with a good attention to detail
Strong commercial awareness
Knowledge of the interiors industry is an advantage
Able to undertake research using a variety of sources
Able to work to tight deadlines
Able to use your initiative
A strong capacity to problem solve independently, as well as in a team.
Highly numerate with good analytic skills with the ability to report on campaigns
Strong Windows knowledge across Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with expert understanding of excel functions, such as Pivot tables
Strong organisational skills with good time management and the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Good at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
