Operations Co-ordinator (Internal Communications)

As Operations Co-ordinator you’ll support the Argos Financial Services (AFS) Operational Management team with the implementation of a clear communications strategy for front line colleagues, you’ll also support with any additional communication and engagement activities.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring AFS colleagues are kept informed and feel listened to, leading to increased colleague engagement levels and increased discretionary effort to serve customers effectively.

As Operations Co-ordinator you will -

Direct, allocate and co-ordinate the day to day tasks of designated Operational Support
Identify and implement improvements to AFS internal communication
Embed a communications strategy across AFS to include delivering communication workshops across the group
Be responsible for devising customised responses/requests/letters on operational matters
Implement, communicate and share changes in legislation, policies and procedures with colleagues across AFS
Assist in budget preparation and resource allocation across all operational areas
Manage distribution lists to ensure communications reach the right audiences
Support Operational Management to manage leadership and engagement events

As Operations Co-ordinator you will have -

Previous experience in Internal Communications role - channels, best practice, message alignment and measurement
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Design packages
The ability to engage with different audiences, adapting your style accordingly and confident at communicating
To plan and prioritise multiple projects, and the ability to think of the ‘big picture’
Good understanding of the contact centre operation, with knowledge of regulatory requirements within a financial services environment.
To work closely with key stakeholders to build solid relationships
The ability to work flexibly to meet business needs

This is a permanent full time opportunity, and you will be required to work 35 hours per week.
