The Change Analyst is responsible for managing all changes coming in from development teams and key partners.

The role

* Develop and Maintain Change Management processes to meet business requirements for Agile change management
* Educate users of the change request process in the correct application and usage of policies, processes, work instructions and forms
* Validate Change Questions forms
* Responsible for the data integrity of the Change Process
* Ensure all relevant business areas impacted are aware of the changes if they are not required to assess
* Apply impact assessment criteria in order to categorise changes into high/medium/low impact and obtain the necessary approvals for each change category
* Develop relevant reporting criteria and ensure it is sent out as agreed with management
* Ensure any failed changes are followed with a review and actions to mitigate further failures are documented
* Maintain systems and spread sheets to ensure the accuracy and integrity of reporting data

* Operate in accordance with company policies and procedures
* Proactively support company compliance through adherence to company polices, processes and practices

You

* Ideally experience working within a banking/Financial Services organisation
* Knowledge of ITIL practices
* Knowledge of Jira / Confluence
* Strong analytical experience
