MI Manager

As MI Manager, you will lead a team of MI Analysts that provide timely, accurate and insightful MI for all front and back office functions within Argos Financial Services Contact Centres. As the lead person in all aspects of MI, you will work with the business to create models and identify recommendations – enabling sound business decisions to be made.

You’ll define and implement the strategy for the MI & Reporting team - including creation and management of an information repository to capture all report deliverables, documentation and templates. You’ll be responsible for all savings and performance reporting, and analytics to support the Continuous Improvement team; producing reports and ensuring accuracy of data. Overseeing the provision of reports to support appropriate governance forums.

As MI Manager you will:

Provide reporting excellence and capability in driving data led decision making.
Drive the centralisation of all MI & Reporting so there is a single, timely, accurate and credible source of truth for all metrics
Work in conjunction with Head of Analytics and Head of Data, MI and Analytics to develop and implement Procurement’s data strategy
Lead a team of analysts, driving the right culture & outcomes for our customers
Be responsible for all savings and performance reporting, and analytics to support the Continuous Improvement team; producing reports and ensuring accuracy of data.
Oversee the provision of reports to support appropriate governance forums.
Be responsible for driving a step change in the standard of data accuracy, MI and reporting across front and back office functions

As MI Manager you will have:

Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of reporting systems such as Excel, SQL Server etc.
Experience of working within a regulated environment
Ability to analyse impact and show creativity in order to provide solutions to problems
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written (including literacy & grammar)
Ability to manage capacity in order to clearly communicate what can be delivered
Ability to use feedback from stakeholders to tailor future reporting to business needs
Ability to engage stakeholders to improve current MI and solve problems
