As MI Analyst, you’ll support and work alongside the contact centre to provide management information (MI). This will include the management and maintenance of a number of databases and analytical models to provide reporting via a number of mediums. You’ll be developing MI reports to continually improve information provided– including investigating automation of reports, and experimenting with the data to provide a new lens on contact centre performance.

As MI Analyst you will:
Create and publicise reports using predefined data sources
Analyse data to provide trends and variation identification
Work on relevant computer system applications, accurately inputting, updating and amending data to provide the most up to date and accurate MI
Ensure users have access to the MI delivery systems
Take ownership of personal knowledge and development by keeping abreast of all regulatory changes
Ensuring MI supports our regulatory requirements
Provide help and support to the wider planning department to deliver business objectives
As MI Analyst you will have:
High level PC skills - Strong mathematical / numerical ability
Experience of working with SQL to generate reporting and insight
The ability to tailor technical information and summarise it and the ability to articulate that data to non-technical people
An understanding of processes for store cards
Knowledge of data acquisition and manipulation techniques
Ability to work closely with the operational teams to deliver requirements but also provide solutions or recommendations to improve requirements
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
The ability to remain calm under pressure
