Customer Service Advisor – the role:
You will be an advocate for the Argos values, and will do all you can to meet customer expectations – from serving on the till and the collection counter, to providing assistance on the shopfloor, to picking stock in the stockroom.
We have a number of contracts to include 6 hours per week for weekends with the flexibility to cover evenings and 10 hours per week where flexibility to cover weekdays, evenings and weekends would be desirable. This is a new digital store inside Sainsbury's (Nelson Road, TQ6 9AH) which is due to open towards the end of March.
Customer Service Advisor – the person:
A passion for fantastic customer service
Previous experience within a retail or hospitality environment is beneficial but not essential
Great communication skills
Keen to develop and progress your career with Argos
