We currently have an opportunity for a Systems and E-Commerce Co-Ordinator to join the team. You will collaborate with various business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that all incidents and work requests are managed effectively and efficiently for our customers.
You will play an integral part in the efficient running of the service to our customers and colleagues, working with teams across the wider business to resolve issues.
You will be responsible for owning and delivering service improvements that drive profit and improve the service for the business and its customers.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Ensuring that a high quality of service is delivered to customers and clients by providing support for the daily service delivery of the core products and services
Ensuring that all stakeholders are communicated effectively with, on the progress of incidents within the agreed escalation procedure with clear, concise and professional updates in the form of face to face, meetings and email
Ensure all processes and procedures pertaining to product and core services are documented, maintained and updated. There will also be the requirement for you to be able to identify areas for improvement
You will drive service improvements within the business, highlighting gaps and issues through incident analysis, pulling together service improvement proposals for business review and sign off
Your experience will include:
Experience of working in customer focussed roles
Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrable customer focus, a real passion for delivering the highest level of customer experience
Self-motivated with an ability to take ownership of a problem and see through to resolution
