Right now, our outstanding marketing team is on the hunt for an assistant marketing manager to execute a Media Business monetisation programme of marketing and promotional activity.
The key tasks for our Assistant Marketing Manager will include:
Working cross functionally to develop a process and implement the CRM strategy for the Argos Media Business
To be responsible for:
Media Business CRM programme (including Bespoke & triggers emails & banners in existing Argos emails)
Defining and refining the Media Business CRM process
Increasing year on year Media Business revenue from £1.25m to £1.75m by identifying new opportunities to support overall Media Business revenue targets
Recommending and selecting targeting for clients and bespoke email sends
End to end delivery and quality control of the email programme including managing the creative process through to sign-off including briefing CRM campaigns and liaising with all stake holders
Optimisation of campaigns to improve open and click through rates and conversion
Work with Account Managers to develop and improve on existing customer contact strategy for the Media Business
Liaise with key suppliers, ensuring that their campaign improves online retention activity and is delivered to a high standard
Update and maintain Media Business retention KPI reporting and evaluation
Use results of previous campaigns to improve all relevant KPIs to deliver yr on yr improvements and to recommend future activity
Develop and manage innovative test and learn programme to improve existing email campaigns and drive client revenue
We think that marketing candidates with perhaps 1-2 years experience will be an ideal fit for this role but we're happy to be proved wrong. Ultimately we want passionate marketing graduates with a desire to do well and progress!
