As an Account Support Executive you will:
Develop strong relationships with key clients in order to be able to provide support on all aspects of the scheme to both clients and sales/Account Managers
Provide ongoing support to key client’s activities by providing full end to end ownership of any operational or query management support
Monitor the performance of the schemes in relation to the service offered and our performance against SLA’s and distribute reporting and MI requirement for clients where required
Attend review meetings, when required, with the client and provide meaningful data and MI to confidently talk through the performance of the scheme and any impacts or issues
Gain a high level working knowledge of all products within the Argos For Business product portfolio to allow promotion of functionality and opportunities to existing clients and have the ability to understand and answer basic queries and resulting from product and Argos For Business process
Maximise all New Business opportunities available to Argos For Business by building relationships with the client and feeding any leads or opportunities to the New Business Team
Identify opportunities to gain vital market advantage and increased market share from our competitors
Fully support the Sales & Marketing Management team and Service Operations Teams to provide a high level of service across all elements of the scheme delivery
As an Account Support Executive your experience will include:
Ideally experience of operating with in a B2B client facing team
Extensive client service / client management experience is preferable
Proven experience in managing and growing client relationships in a professional manner
Exceptional written, verbal communication and presentational skills
Experience within a Corporate, Government, Sales & Marketing or a Procurement background, with the understanding of how to penetrate the appropriate Procurement, Reward/ Incentives and Finance channels in order to deliver defined business objectives
Ability to work within the Product Catalogue guidelines and have the ability to go above and beyond in delivery exceptional service management and support to our key clients, providing knowledgeable experience and managing and exceeding Client expectations by timely responses
Good decision making and communication skills to help ensure the smooth running of existing clients and new client acquisitions
