As an Account Support Executive you will:
Develop strong relationships with Gifting clients in order to provide support on all aspects of the client sales relationship
Provide first class desktop account management and new business sales opportunity development
Provide ongoing support to Gifting client’s activities by providing full end to end ownership of any operational or sales query
Monitor the sales and service performance of the schemes in relation to the service offered and our performance against SLA’s and distribute reporting and MI requirement for clients where required
Attend review meetings when required with the client and provide meaningful data and MI to confidently talk through the performance of the relationship and any impacts or issues
Maximise all New Business opportunities available to Argos For Business by building relationships with the client and feeding any leads or opportunities to the New Business Team
Identify opportunities to gain vital market advantage and increased market share from our competitors
Fully support the Sales & Marketing Management team and Service Operations Teams to provide a high level of service across all elements of Gifting
As an Account Support Executive you will need:
Credibility with a range of stakeholders both internally and externally, displaying a broad range of influencing styles
Drive and determination to own clients, sales and queries, implement Gift card related solutions in a ‘right first time’ manner
Extensive client service / client management experience is preferable
Proven experience in managing and growing client relationships in a professional manner
Inquisitive and creative approach – be willing to push the boundaries in the Gifting arena
Exceptional written, verbal communication and presentational skills
Good decision making and communication skills to help ensure the smooth running of existing clients and new client acquisitions
