Team Leader – the role:
You will be an advocate for the Argos values, and will effectively lead the store team to meet customer service and business targets through the efficient management of inventory control, store presentation and pricing functions.
Argos customers have high expectations of the in-store experience and as an Argos Team Leader you’ll need to be on top of your game - from maximising stock availability, through managing and implementing POS, to acting as duty manager.
This role is for 30 hours per week, primarily working night shifts between 6.30pm-2am. Previous stockroom experience is desirable but not essential and a premium rate is available for working after 11.00pm.
Due to the working hours, and in line with the Employment of Young Persons Act, we will not be able to employ anyone under the age of 18 for this role.
