MI Lead

We have an opportunity for a MI Lead to join our Argos based out of our Contact Centre in Widnes (WA8 8HS)

You will be reporting into the Insight Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high performing and engaged team in the development and delivery of MI in line with business strategy.

Further details of the role include;

You will support in the development of and then own the MI plan, ensuring that it remains aligned to the wider business customer management strategy through regular evaluation and stakeholder engagement up to director level.

You will lead and develop a dedicated group of MI developers and analysts in creating best in class level reporting and dashboarding.

You will ensure that all new requests into the team are fully scoped and formally documented, with appropriate prioritisation and timescales being set for delivery.

You will develop a deep understanding of our customer journeys and, through close working with Insight colleagues, highlight and communicate potential opportunities.

You will support the Data Strategy manager in the evolution and governance of data storage and usage, ensuring that it remains fully compliant to any regulatory requirements.

You will be expected to develop business cases and make recommendations in relation to the technical infrastructure of the MI/Insight teams and the wider business.

You will develop and implement a robust control framework around all MI processes and outputs, continually monitoring impact and suitability.

You will support in embedding best practice in the utilisation of data to improve customer experience, employee engagement, process efficiency, revenue generation and cost reduction.

To be up for this challenge;

You will be in a similar role looking for that next step / challenge with experience preferably in a Contact Centre environment. You will have experience of leading a team and to develop a strategic agenda for the next 12months with is aligned to the functional strategy.

You will have strong commercial acumen, to identify opportunities to challenge and improve. You will take accountability to achieve business results.

You will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and cope under pressure. You will have a change mind set so you can drive process and improvements keeping the customer at the heart of what you do.
