We have an opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our Customer Management Centre’s (Contact Centre) team. This role will be based out of our Contact Centre in Stafford (ST18 9AR).
You will be reporting into the Change Project Manager within the Service Development Project team to support the future strategy and change agenda for the Customer Management Centres and broader business initiatives.
As a Business Analyst, you will establish and maintain good working relationships with clients and colleagues to understand their needs, vision and general architecture (people, processes and systems). You will develop and maintain process architecture for the allocated business function, understanding their key measures whilst working within project budgetary / time constraints.
You will be accountable to carry out business analysis on smaller projects and assist Senior BA resources on larger projects.
Business Analyst – the person:
You will ideally be working in a similar role but not necessarily be from a retail / CMC but keen to explore the challenge and development opportunities in an organisation that is going through an exciting transformation.
You will have a strong understanding of functional and non-functional requirements and ability to clearly define and articulate these and have skills in process modelling, ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ models and gap analysis. You will have a clear grasp of analysis fundamentals (role, relationships, approaches, tools, techniques, scope, etc.)
You will be a self-starter, with excellent interpersonal skills being able to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Finally, your presentation skills will be of the highest standard.
