Non Food Retail Admin Support

The Non-Food Retail team are looking for an Administrator to support them through providing administrative expertise and activity co-ordination across a wide range of streams within the division.

You will contribute to the efficient running of the Non-Food Retail Team in line with corporate values and team goals. Sound like your perfect next step?

Your duties as Non-Food Retail Admin Support will include:

Short and long term diary planning.
Responsibility for arranging venues and facilities and co-ordinating the relevant documentation (agenda’s. minutes etc)
Provide administrative support to the Non-Food Retail division.
To manage ad hoc queries and issues arising in the team to direct to the appropriate colleague.
Update of various spreadsheets with accurate data including Movements, contact lists etc
To support in data gathering from the Non-Food Retail Field Team, Trading Teams and stores
Deal with any day to day issues and make judgements on what action is required and escalate if necessary, also look for long term solutions
Answering queries and redirecting calls/letters/emails as appropriate to ensure that all communication is dealt with promptly and effectively

Your experience will include:

A good understanding of GM and clothing operations in Sainsbury’s
Demonstrates the ability to influence across multiple business unit types
Ability to understand complex information and pull out simple key messages for all stakeholders
Strong ability to win the hearts and minds of peers and stakeholders through personal 1-2-1 engagement and non-reliance on transactional information

Computer Literate (Email, Word Processing, Excel)
Strong organisational Skills
Time Management/Prioritisation Skills
Multi level written and verbal communication skills to interact with a wide range of people throughout the organisation
