Fulfilment Team Leader (Retail) - Northampton St. Peters Square

Team Leader – the role:

You will be an advocate for the Argos values, and will effectively lead your team to meet customer service and business targets.

Argos customers have high expectations of the delivery experience and as an Argos Team Leader you’ll need to be on top of your game - from maximising stock availability, through managing and implementing delivery schedules, to acting as duty manager.

This role is for 38.75 hours per week, with shifts falling between 5am-10pm. Occasional cover for deliveries will be required, so applicants will need a full driving licence with at least 1 years' driving experience.
