As the Finance Administration Assistant for our Transformation Programme you will be responsible for the day to day administration of the programme. At its peak, 80 people will be working on the programme across 4 locations. This is a 12-month fixed term contract within our Financial Services department based at our Head Office in Milton Keynes.
You will be joining Financial Services where our aim is to make life better every day for Argos customers. We help customers afford and protect what matters most, offering products and services including Credit, Warranties & Insurance.

As the Finance Administration Assistant for our Transformation Programme you will;
Raise Purchase Orders.
Manage invoices and payment queries.
Manage Programme resource requests including new starter processing.
Book travel and accommodation.
Manage timesheet submissions and reconciliations.
Prepare all resources for Programme meetings.
Carry out all other general administration duties relating to the role.
As the Finance Administration Assistant for our Transformation Programme you will have;
Strong Administration skills and attention to detail.
Experienced and very comfortable in the use of Excel formulas and PowerPoint presentations.
The ability to use your initiative to work proactively and anticipate needs.
Exceptional communication skills including presentation skills.
