Customer Service Manager – the role:

Our Customer Service Managers are the face of our business. You and your team will put the customer at the heart of everything you do to ensure a world-class shopping experience every time. As a key member of the leadership team, you will also deputise for the Store Manager when needed.

Customer Service Manager – the person:

Natural leadership skills and the ability to motivate and support the development of the whole store team, including own self development
A passion for working in a fast-paced, retail environment, hitting targets and meeting deadlines
Proven experience in managing performance
Previous retail management experience
Experience in leading a large team in a similar environment
A proven ability to work methodically, and cope well under pressure
Experience in great Customer Service
