Using a variety of sources including the promotional tool, promotional publications and selection packs to compile accurate briefs.
Working closely with Argos commercial teams, marketing teams on brief creation and digital teams in implementing the briefs.
Working to and managing key deadlines as part of the process, communicating clearly with other stakeholders within the briefing process.
Alongside the weekly online promotional brief the role will be responsible for creating product listers linked to the promotional briefs.
Create specific spreadsheets (search returns) for all promotional priorities which contain all products to be included in the online promotions, ensuring the legality of the promotion before issuing it to the online teams.
Checking the implementation of the promotional brief is accurate online both before and after it has gone live on the UK & ROI website.
Work closely with trading teams to ensure that the most up-to-date listings and information is included within these listings.
